Here's how:

Install the LDraw Lego parts Library

### Install th LEGO Parts Libraries

1. Download the latest complete.zip from the LDraw.org download page.

2. Extract the complete.zip archive in the directory of your choice - your home directory "~/ldraw/"is recommended for simplicity.


### Install an Editor

3. Grab an Editor. LDraw.org recommends LeoCAD. . . We like LDCad ourselves.
- a. You can find the LDCad download and install instructions here.
- b. You can get the LeoCAD appimage here.

4. Open LDCad (or LeoCAD) and point it to your LDraw parts libraries that you installed in Step 1.
